What you'll do
- Design and implement models for drawing analysis, anomaly detection, demand forecasting, etc.
- Build MLOps pipelines for training, evaluation, and serving
- Data design and annotation design
- Integrating models into the product
Must-haves
- 3+ years of professional ML experience (model design through operation)
- Implementation skill in Python / PyTorch, etc.
- Ability to translate problem definition into models
- A track record of going further than most people would, and the ability to explain the circumstances and your own decisions concretely (any field)
- Experience seeing something through in an unreasonable situation, or breaking through after being turned down repeatedly
- Experience building trust single-handedly with a first-time client or a senior counterpart on site
- Experience owning one client or project end to end as the person responsible
Nice to have
- Experience with CV, drawings, and 3D data
- Experience with MLOps, distributed training, and optimization

Terms & employment
Full-time (3-month probation). Full flextime / remote OK. Location: Roppongi Hills Mori Tower, Minato-ku, Tokyo. Full-time on-site at our Roppongi office. Working hours are fully flexible, but some meetings require attendance, such as the daily 7:30 a.m. team meeting. Partial remote work can be discussed for childcare or family-care needs. (relocating near Ōmori in 2027). Stock options available.
