What you'll do
- Design and implement LLM agent features (RAG, tool execution, evaluation)
- Build pipelines handling drawings, specs, and operational data
- Operationalize and improve PoCs so they work in the field
- Maintain internal IT and automation infrastructure
§ 02
Must-haves
- Development experience in Python and building LLM / generative-AI apps
- Fundamentals of API design, data processing, and cloud operations
- Experience turning uncertain requirements into something concrete
§ 03
Nice to have
- Experience with frameworks like LangChain and RAG / evaluation platforms
- Domain experience in field industries (manufacturing, construction, shipbuilding)

Terms & employment
Full-time (3-month probation). Full flextime / remote OK. Location: Roppongi Hills Mori Tower, Minato-ku, Tokyo (relocating near Ōmori in 2027). Stock options available.
